All About the Bills: Sen. Fillmore, SB 106

Schools have counselors and psychologists, licensed professionals, and they also have students who have clinical depression. Youth suicide is a rising concern in the state. My bill would allow schools to bill a child’s insurance company when they’re providing clinical mental health services to lower the cost for schools and provide more services in schools when they’re needed. – Sen.
