All About the Bills: Sen. Henderson, SB 151

I typically do a lot of bills that deal with transparency issues. SB 151 brings financial transparency to statewide initiatives; it talks about the funding source – how the actual policy is going to be paid for – and how much it’s going to cost the taxpayer. That information has to be put first at the top of the ballot, not buried in the weeds at the bottom. – Sen. Deidre Henderson
