All About the Bills: Sen. Hillyard, SB 70

Most of my bills are very complicated legal bills. I have to tell them, “You can’t yawn and your eyes can’t glaze over while I do this.” This bill deals with over $300 million of unclaimed legal property. Often times insurance and other policies that exist go unclaimed by families and spouses who don’t know the policies exist. – Sen. Lyle Hillyard
