All About the Bills: Sen. Sandall, SB 93

SB 93 basically gives protection to farmers and ranchers against frivolous lawsuits from someone who moves in next to them and then wants to complain about smells, flies, etc. – all the things that are a normal part of an agricultural operation. – Sen. Scott Sandall
