All About the Bills: Sen. Escamilla, SB 144

My favorite bill for the 2019 legislative session is SB 144, Environmental Monitoring Amendments; it’s a very special bill for my constituents. It puts monitors to collect data on air quality and water quality in the inland port area. Legislation to monitor the environmental impact in that area is critical to forming good public policy. – Sen. Luz Escamilla
