All About the Bills: Sen. Harper, SB 129

SB 129 raises retirement benefits back to 50 percent after 25 years. The bill recognizes that our prime responders, the people who keep us safe and take care of our fires and our health needs, are being recognized for the great service they’re doing. I think it was the best bill passed on Capitol Hill this year. – Sen. Wayne Harper
